Quaestrum is a financial technology company, not a bank and not a payment institution. Business accounts, virtual Visa cards, KYB and payment execution are provided by a licensed European banking partner. Card transactions run on the Visa network.
Quaestrum never holds customer funds. Agents act only inside a mandate that a human has authorised via strong customer authentication (PSD2 SCA). Every action is recorded in an append only audit log.
