Ask something elseWhat stops an agent from spending everything?
The mandate, checked on every request: monthly budget, per-payment ceiling, allowed card vendors, allowed creditor IBANs, and a threshold above which it has to ask you. A request outside those rules is refused before any money moves, and the refusal is logged with the rule that produced it.
Does the agent have my password?
No. Each agent has its own token, and that token can only request payments under its mandate. We store a fingerprint of it, never the token itself.
What if a token leaks?
Replace it in the dashboard and the old one stops working in the same moment. Whatever it did in the meantime is bounded by the mandate and sitting in the audit log.
Who holds the money?
Not us, by design. Custody, card issuing and payment execution belong with a licensed banking partner. That partner is not connected yet, which is why no real money moves today.
Can I get my data out?
The audit log exports to CSV with every request, decision and refusal. It is only ever added to, so two exports taken a month apart agree about what happened.
What does it cost?
Nothing while we are in early access, and there is no card to enter. When there is a price it will be for the control layer, not a cut of your payments.
