The agent files. You confirm.
Eight fields the bank needs, assembled from your conversation. Four of them it is not allowed to guess, so it asks. Nothing is submitted until you have checked every line and proved who you are.

You check every field
The file opens in your browser through a link that needs no login, is valid one hour and works once. Your confirmation is your declaration, so it has to come from you and not from the agent.
You prove who you are
Photo ID on your phone, where the camera is. The agent cannot do this step; the legitimation has to come from a real person. Completing it also files the confirmed KYB with the banking partner, the two go together.
You sign the mandate
Your passkey signs the wording itself, not a checkbox. The server verifies the signature against those exact terms and refuses if the submitted amount differs by a single character.
Two handgrips before any of that
Everything above happens in a conversation. Getting there takes two things, and both are yours.
